3A Fabric Retardant Fabric is a high-performance protective fabric specially designed for high-risk working environments. It features permanent flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, and anti-static properties. Here are the key points for selection and application:
1.Permanent Flame Retardancy
When exposed to fire, it rapidly undergoes carbonization and expansion, forming a heat-insulating barrier. Once the fire source is removed, it will extinguish itself and will not drip molten material (reducing secondary injuries);
2.The composition contains 93% meta-aramid (Nomex 1313) + 5% para-aramid (Kevlar 1414) + 2% conductive fibers, ensuring intrinsic flame retardancy.
3.High-temperature resistant:
Can withstand a long-term temperature of 260℃, and can resist open flames of 300-400℃ in the short term;
4.Anti-static:
Conductive fibers eliminate static sparks, suitable for flammable environments such as oil and gas, mines, etc.;
5.Corrosion resistant:
Resistant to acids and alkalis, and to electric arcs, suitable for chemical and power applications.
Lightweight (150g/m²): Suitable for daily workwear, excellent breathability;
